What is the Rewards Programme?
The Rewards Programme allows Insiders to earn points when you participate in selected programmes, or when you dine and shop at the Gallery.
The points can be used to redeem e-vouchers for additional privileges during your visit.
How do I access the Rewards Programme?
The Rewards Programme can be accessed after logging in to your membership account.
How do I earn points?
Insiders earn one point for every $1 (rounded down to the nearest dollar) spent on:
- Membership purchase
- Membership renewal
- Gift Membership purchase
- Selected programmes
- Gallery shopping and dining options
To earn points, log in to the member portal and go to “Earn Points”. Upload your receipt within two days of the date of purchase and submit the receipt details accordingly. Points will be awarded to your account within five working days.
We sometimes run special promotions, which offer additional points during selected periods.
You can also earn points by participating in members-only contests, giveaways, and events.
Can I earn points with receipts that are given to me?
Points are awarded for your own purchases. If a member is found to have submitted receipts that are not their own, National Gallery Singapore reserves the right to terminate the membership.
What can I use the points for?
Points can be used to redeem a variety of e-vouchers. Explore the Rewards catalogue on the membership portal when you log in.
Points are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
How do I check my points balance?
Your points balance is shown in your membership account when you log in to the Gallery Explorer app.
Do the points expire?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. They expire at the end of the 12th month.
There is no extension for the expiry date of points.

How do I redeem my points for rewards?
Points can be redeemed through the Rewards catalogue in the Gallery Explorer app. Your e-vouchers will then be available under “My Rewards”, ready for use.
Redemption or utilisation of rewards cannot be cancelled, and points will not be refunded.
