Rachma Lim will perform an original composition from her upcoming single to be released in April 2022, Wishing Well, as well as her piece Ricominciare (begin again), which was recorded at the prestigious Abbey Road studios in London. Joining her are fellow budding jazz composers: guitarist Alvin Wong, multi-instrumentalist Eugene Seow and special feature Namie Rasman on vocals alongside electronic elements.
In three short years, Singaporean artist-producer HOUG has gone from bedroom producer to playing his music for live audiences in Singapore, as well as across Melbourne, Australia. A combination of new wave, disco, funk and trip-hop elements characterise Houg’s music., which is inspired and influenced by his personal heroes such as Gorillaz, Jamiroquai, Chromeo, Toro Y Moi, and legendary upstarts Kool & The Gang, Tears for Fears and Portishead.
