Lower left is the same photograph as RC-SG04-CCS-0485 Top right photograph which carries an inscription reads: "汕頭友聯旅星同學會 歡迎 譚友六老同學留影 三六。五。十五“ Translation - Singapore alumni of Youlian School in Swatow at welcome party for their old friend Tan Youliu. Dated 15 May 1936. Note: This photo is published in exhibition catalogue "Chen Chong Swee: Strokes of LIfe" (2017), page 203, erroneously captioned. Top left: Group picture of SOCA members and family visiting the Rambutan Garden Yuqu Yuan (愚趣園) of Han Wai Toon (韓槐準), 1946 Identifiable individuals are: Standing 3rd from left Liu Kang, Lu Heng (盧衡), Chen Chong Swee. Liu Thai Ker 劉太格, son of Liu Kang 劉抗, is boy in front of his father. Standing 2nd from right in dark pants Chen Tah Chi (陳達琚), on his right Huang Cheng Chuan (黃清泉), 1st woman from right Chen Yuet Shuh (陳月秀), bespectacled man amid four women Lee Kueh Sei/ Lee Ta Pai (李魁士/李大白) Back row 5th from right white haired man Han Huai Toon himself, next to him Lim Hak Tai. Lower right group photo of SOCA's plein air picnic (very likely) in 1940 (?).
