Harnessing the powerful medium of film to advocate for mental health and dementia issues, the Mental Health Film Festival Singapore (MHFFS) Short Film Youth Competition is back for its third year, — involving over 1,000 youths across Singapore. The programme will feature a selection of short films finalists followed by a Q&A session with the filmmakers.
